What coaches can and cannot see

The boundary around a coach account, in plain terms.

Operators
A coach can see
  • Every athlete on the teams they are assigned to
  • Those athletes' points, skill levels, badges and attendance
  • The parents on those teams, and the contact details those parents chose to share
  • The feed and schedule for those teams
  • Chats they are a participant in
A coach cannot see
  • Any team they are not assigned to, including other teams at your club
  • Billing or your subscription
  • Privacy requests
  • Any other club, even if they coach there under a separate role
What parents share

Parent contact details are shown only where the parent chose to share them. A row reading "No contact details shared" is the parent's decision, not a bug.

Note: Assigning a coach to a team is what grants the access. Removing them from the team removes it the same moment — there is no separate permissions screen to remember.
